Updated structs and opcodes.

The seq5 patch applies against the main trunk/tarball. (v5.13.10.103)

The beta6 patch applies against the pre_6_0_beta branch and the rc1 tarball.

SVN will be updated soon.

I've been using cn187's patch without issue.

There were no changes to trunk between 1052 and present. So it just means that I had updated my local copy of the trunk when the repo was at 1107 (due to beta changes), and didn't update the global metadata before I generated the patch for trunk. It should apply cleanly regardless.
