Possible to alert primary slot?

Hey guys. Is it possible to have mySEQ alert you when something spawns with a specific primary equipped? Kinda like how you can set alerts for rares but set it for the primary? Numbers or weapon skin.

I don't provide binaries, but visual studio 2019 is free, and it should just compile out of the box.
