Buff timers continue to count down in poknowledge, guildlobby, guildhall

Buff timers should be frozen in these zones.

I haven't dug through the repo history, but based on the current code, I'm not sure this ever worked correctly.

I've added it to the list of stuff to work on, though I'm not sure when I'll get to it.

If someone else wants to take a crack at it, feel free. My initial impression is that it should be fairly straightforward to fix.

Additionally, the buff timers seem to be inaccurate for some. Example. I used a Bottle of Adventure III. In game, it shows I have 3h 36m. SEQ shows 5h 36m.

That part of the code was written LONG ago. I don't think it takes into account for zones that dont count down. As for inaccurate timers, that has been a problem for a long time also.
