Where s my connection gone?

Ok, so i am a newbie. Had zero problems installing seq... thanks to the forums... Everything works wonderfully except.... my damn snuupp'in ethernet card. It works for like 3 mins then it suspends ]# service network restart ... BAM:p it works agian for like 2-3 min and halts. I realize there is probably a switch somewhere , maybe even a better driver, but please any insight would be gratefully excepted!

ps i have a None Linksys hub .. muhahahaha ( it really is a hub :D )

Not really a SEQ issue, but...

What kind of net card do you have? Anything intersting in your messages file (/var/log/messages) that might indicate a problem with the driver or network?

You have a static address or are you getting one dynamically? If dynamic, is whatever issuing the addresses giving you a reasonable lease?
