Where do we get the new server?

I downloaded a new copy from the get link and these offset aren't working.

im doin something wrong least i hope lol all my primarry offserts say 0x7ffffff and nothing loads up now not sure what i did wrong im using what i think to be the new server i downloaded in end of 2021

It's 2/20/2021, not 2022. The file you're looking for is at the bottom of the list labeled as, "showeq_x64_3_0_0.zip". Located at https://sourceforge.net/projects/seq/files/MySEQ%20(Windows%20SEQ)/ with a date modified of 2/15/2022.

HI, only getting ground spawns, no mobs, I loaded the new server, and offsets.
K it is working in 2.5
