The SVN and Tarball have been updated. Please note that it has been bumped to 6.2.9 because of an error in configure.in

Sorry new to this just got it all installed on a Rpi 4. How or where do i put the diffs.txt file. Thanks!

update: I did the svn up and I think I may actually have everything installed correctly and ive gone in and told it my ip and even mac address but it doesnt seem to be able to sniff the game. Any help would be much appreciated.

update 2: ok from what ive gathered I cant run this in a router/switch i will need a hub or setup the rpi as a hotspot and connect through it with the eq pc.... Im learning... slowly but surely... if I have any of this wrong please feel free to give me info. Thanks all.

Your Pi needs to be set up to host wifi and have your computer connect to the pi, get a second network adapter (usb) and set it up as your router, get a true hub (hasn't really existed in a long time) or get a managed switch that lets you mirror ports (probably your best bet).
