Cant find INI file

I just downloaded the 3.0 version from sourceforge but it only has MySEQ and server inside. When I follow the instructions on how to start the program, I click the server program to run but it cant find any INI file. How do I find this?

You will need to download the MySEQ 2.5.0 version, then merge the files from the 3.0 version into the same folder as the 2.5 version.


Edit: As a note, the offsets currently listed in another thread are not working.
