Not sure how to get the formatting to work correctly here (and I'm too lazy to try)... but those offsets should work for you.

I fix.... sidenote, cpoy pasta into notepad it clears out all that stupid formating ;)

What build are you all using? These offsets aren't populating anything for me and the 'find your own offsets' instructions aren't returning anything either. :(

Looks like the same offsets posted in the other thread https://www.showeq.net/forums/showthread.php?7979-ofset other than the TypeOffset which appears to have an 'S' added to the end on this post.
