Ok I know I am a n00b at Linux and probably get flamed for this but I dont' care if one person can answer my quesiton =P. ok I got red hat installed and seq DLed and compiled and all that fun stuff, but when I try to run it it tells me "cannot connect to X server" if anyone could tell me what I am doing wrong I woudl apreciate it
