server.exe "deletes itself"

Has anyone seen this behavior?
I shutdown server.exe, and it disappears from the <installed> folder. Then when I try to put server.exe back in the folder, Windows won't let me.

The usual cause of something like this that your anti-virus has flagged that file as malicious and won't let you put it back. You would need to go into your anti-virus and find it and mark it as safe.
