Been a while, but can't seem to figure out how to get this going again..

Wow, its been a while since I played, but decide to set things up again, and wow.. I can't seem to find anything "correct." I am guessing there have just been so many changes.
Anyway, I managed to get the 2.5.0 download, "Installed" and running/working I think.. But I have 2 issues:
    1) I used the offset finder in server.exe, and its showing me my player name, zone, spawns (200+ spawns) and it wasn't showing them on the client.. But now it is.. Okay moving on.
    2) Maps. I can't seem to figure out how to get them/convert them. There is a VBS.. And reading it tells me it will convert all the .map files.. But there are no .map files in the everquest directory..
    Lil help?

Attached are my latest build of server and client, not fully tested.
ignore vbs, point client to your eq map directory.

Last attachment was clearly buggy, sorry about that. trying a new one.

Sorry to ask this, but how do I "Point it to my eq map directory"? I have never had to do that. Always just converted maps and put them in the maps folder.

When starting myseq, hit F1 (or File->Options).
    Populate as required.
